This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consulting services, managing client relationships, facilitating property sales processes, and guiding clients through the real estate transaction process. The role also involves conducting property viewings, preparing market research, negotiating terms, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to advise clients and navigate the property market
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Cairo is highly advantageous
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is a plus
