Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing expert consultations, advising on real estate investments, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day activities include building client relationships, conducting property tours, presenting suitable property options, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with proven expertise in advising clients and navigating the property market
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales with a solid track record of achieving targets and negotiating agreements
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo, including trends and legal requirements
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is an asset
