This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will build and maintain client relationships, provide expert real estate consulting, facilitate property sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include sourcing properties, understanding client needs, conducting market research, and ensuring a smooth process from initial consultation to property acquisition. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the market trends and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong Consulting and Sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored property solutions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage professionally and maintain strong relationships
• Comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate market and property sales practices
• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in residential and commercial sectors
• Proficiency in negotiation and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
