Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Muscat. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property advice, building and managing client relationships, handling sales inquiries, and assisting customers in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments. Day-to-day tasks also include consulting on property matters, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, providing property advice, and strategic planning
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a high standard of support and guidance for clients
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive real estate market
• Thorough knowledge of the Real Estate market, including market trends and investment opportunities
• Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and adapt to client needs
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
