Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves guiding clients in their real estate investments by providing expert consulting and sales services. Day-to-day tasks include market research, property presentations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate experience to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to develop and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proven track record in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify profitable opportunities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working well under pressure in a competitive real estate market.
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate market analytics is an advantage.
