Senior Property Consultant

We are seeking experienced, commercially driven brokers with proven success acrossoff-plan, leasing, and secondary sales.

This role is for proven sales professionals ready to operate at a higher level within Dubai's real estate market.

Role Overview

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off-plan, leasing, and secondary markets
• Advise investors and end-users using a consultative, insight-led approach
• Build and maintain a strong, conversion-focused pipeline
• Source new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, launches, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close high-value transactions
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience from first interaction through to deal completion

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate or a high-performance sales environment
• Proven track record inoff-plan, leasing, and/or secondary sales
• Strong understanding ofconsultative selling, pipeline management, and revenue targets
• Commercially sharp with a client-first mindset
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by performance
