This role is ideal for experienced consultants seeking to work with established developers, handle high-quality portfolios, and advance their careers within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Identify and engage potential buyers and investors across residential and commercial projects.
• Provide professional property consultations based on clients’ needs and investment goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Professional network within the real estate market is a strong advantage.
