Senior Property Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong client network, and a proven ability to close high-value property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors within the Abu Dhabi market
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market dynamics
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Prepare property listings, presentations, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Support and guide junior consultants when required

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of real estate experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property laws and regulations
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
