Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager serves as the senior point of accountability for all property operations within their assigned portfolio. This individual leads a team of property managers, ensures project timelines and operational plans are executed with precision, and cultivates strong, lasting relationships with clients. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership ability and a thorough command of property management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, and oversee a team of property managers, setting clear performance standards and fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive operational plans for proposed and ongoing property work, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships through consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and the delivery of measurable results.
  • Monitor project timelines across the portfolio, identifying risks and instituting corrective measures to ensure uninterrupted progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to uphold property standards and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments — including maintenance, finance, and leasing — to coordinate seamless property operations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on portfolio performance, occupancy, financials, and operational metrics to senior leadership and clients.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Pay: $60,172.23 - $75,000.00 per year
