Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager | Dallas, TX | $155,000- $165,000 + Bonus

A well-established, owner-managed commercial real estate investment and development firm is looking for a Senior Property Manager to lead its property management function across a growing DFW portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role not a narrow task-based position. You'll own the full function.

The Portfolio

6 active multi-tenant commercial properties (office and retail) plus approximately 15 single-tenant ground lease assets. High tenant activity, real budgets, real reconciliations.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day leadership of a team of 3-4 property managers
• Tenant relations and issue resolution across the active portfolio
• Full financial cycle, budgets, CAM reconciliations, variance reporting
• Vendor and maintenance coordination
• Reporting and data management via Yardi
• Periodic site visits across Dallas, Fort Worth and nearby markets

Who They're Looking For

You've managed commercial multi-tenant properties, ideally retail and you've done the financial side yourself, not just delegated it. You're the person who sets the direction, not waits for one.

This is not a big-platform, narrow-scope role. If you've managed 50 identical sites from a segmented CBRE or JLL-style structure, this probably isn't the right fit. If you've owned a function end-to-end at a smaller, entrepreneurial shop, keep reading.

You'll Need

• Hands-on Yardi experience (required)
• Proven CAM reconciliation and budget ownership
• Commercial multi-tenant PM experience retail preferred, not a must
• A low-drama, professional, collaborative style
• The ability to lead without daily direction from above

Compensation

• Base: $155,000 - $165,000
• Bonus: Up to 20% historically paid for strong performance
• Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
