Your Role

You'll take charge of a clean, 160 property portfolio supported by an experienced Leasing Consultant and Administrator. This is a well structured position focused on maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, with minimal stress and maximum support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage landlord and tenant relationships
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and arrears
• Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
• Mentor and support your Leasing Consultant
• Prepare bond claims and attend tribunal hearings as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous Property Management experience
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable car
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
