Senior Public Adjuster/ Claims Adjuster (With a Knack for Leading the Next Generation)

You’ve handled complex claims. You’ve navigated tough negotiations. You know how to read between the lines of a policy—and probably between the lines of a carrier’s response too.

Now we’re looking for someone who can do all that and help shape the next wave of adjusters.

We’re a growing team based in Palatine, IL, and we’re hiring an experienced Public Adjuster / Claims Adjuster who’s ready to take on a leadership role. This isn’t just about managing claims—it’s about guiding junior adjusters, sharpening their instincts, and setting a higher standard across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing residential and commercial property claims from start to finish
• Leading negotiations with insurance carriers to secure fair outcomes
• Mentoring and developing junior adjusters (think coach, not micromanager)
• Reviewing estimates, documentation, and settlement strategies
• Bringing structure, insight, and a steady hand to complex or escalated claims

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Public Adjuster or Insurance Claims Adjuster
• Strong knowledge of property claims (commercial experience is a big plus)
• Illinois Public Adjuster license (or ability to obtain quickly), other states welcome as well
• Leadership mindset—you don’t just do the work, you elevate others
• Sharp negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
