Position Overview
Join the firm as a Senior Corporate Associate in the San Diego office, focusing on public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets. Work closely with public companies in a dynamic and growing securities practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in public company reporting and compliance
• Advise on corporate governance issues
• Participate in capital markets transactions
• Collaborate with innovative issuer and underwriter clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of capital markets experience
• Experience with large cap and mid cap public companies
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
• Familiarity with Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange listing and governance requirements
• Licensed to practice in California
• JD degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm
