Bondoni, Oman’s leading company formation and corporate services provider, is seeking an Omani who is an experienced Senior Public Relations Officer Manager (PRO) to join our growing Operations team. This is a senior‑level role for a highly skilled professional who has worked with multiple clients at the same time, understands the complexity, pace, and precision required to manage government liaison and compliance for international companies operating in Oman.


Location: Muscat (office + homeworking)


Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday


Key Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple clients

  •  Serving as an authorised signatory or through delegation for multiple clients, directly handling government-related obligations and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met with precision, accountability, and compliance.

2.Government Liaison & Compliance

  • Manage all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour cards, and residency permits.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Omani Labour Law, ROP immigration rules, Civil Status regulations, and ministry procedures.
  • Liaise with MOL, ROP, MoCIIP, Municipalities, Tax Authority, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities.
  • Ensure timely processing of CR amendments, OCCI renewals, municipality licenses, and statutory filings.

3. Corporate Services & Licensing

  • Oversee company license renewals, commercial registration updates, and activity amendments.
  • Manage document attestations and embassy‑related processes.
  • Support legal and corporate affairs requiring government interaction.

4. Employee Mobility & HR Support

  • Coordinate all onboarding‑related government processes for expatriate employees.
  • Support employment contracts, offer letters, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of visa status, expiry dates, and renewal cycles.

5. External Relations & Representation

  • Already have a proven and strong relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Bondoni in official meetings, inspections, and public forums.

6. Operational Management

  • Work collaboratively with Operations and Finance to deliver seamless service.
  • Meet annual objectives and internal KPIs.
  • Ensure all government‑related tasks meet compliance standards and client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven network in the relevant ministries and government departments.
  • 7–10 years’ senior‑level PRO/government liaison experience in Oman.
  • Strong understanding of Omani government systems (MOL, ROP eVisa, Invest Easy, Municipality, Tax Authority, Chamber of Commerce).
  • Proven experience in visa processing, labour clearances, licensing, and corporate compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree (business‑related preferred).
  • Fluent Arabic (mandatory) + strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Omani driving license.
  • Strong employer referrals demonstrate reliability and integrity.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate complex procedures.

 Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On‑time completion of all visa, labour, and licensing processes.
  • Zero compliance breaches or penalties.
  • Accuracy and efficiency of PRO operations.
  • Strength of relationships with government authorities.
  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction.

General Skills

  • Reporting and administrative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business applications.
  • Strong document management and digital literacy.
