Senior Publishing Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Pantone Publishing & Media W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Publishing Operations Manager to lead end-to-end publishing operations across print and digital media platforms. This role is responsible for managing editorial workflows, production schedules, content distribution, and operational efficiency to ensure high-quality publication delivery. If you are an experienced publishing or media operations leader with strong organizational and editorial coordination skills, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s media industry.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily publishing operations across print, digital, and media content channels
• Manage editorial workflows from content creation to final publication
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and production teams
• Ensure timely delivery of publications and adherence to production schedules
• Implement operational processes to improve publishing efficiency and quality
• Monitor content quality, consistency, and brand standards
• Manage relationships with printing vendors, distributors, and media partners
• Track budgets, production costs, and operational performance metrics
• Support digital publishing initiatives including online magazines and content platforms
• Ensure compliance with publishing standards and copyright regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in publishing, media operations, or editorial management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Understanding of editorial workflows and publishing production cycles
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced media environment
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and content quality standards

Pay: KD1,800.000 - KD3,200.000 per month
