Senior Purchase Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, components, and services related to solar pump manufacturing.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors; negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement as per production plans while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments to meet material requirements and specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain purchase records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Track market trends, cost optimization opportunities, and alternate sourcing.
• Ensure statutory and documentation compliance related to purchases.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in purchase/procurement within manufacturing, preferably solar pump or electrical/mechanical products.
• Knowledge of BOM, vendor development, price negotiation, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,979.02 - ₹49,567.67 per month
