Senior Purchase Executive

About the Role:

Instaa Precast India (OPC) Pvt. Ltd is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations for our precast manufacturing unit and construction activities. The role requires strong coordination, cost control, and timely sourcing of quality materials to support uninterrupted production and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure cement, steel, aggregates, raw materials, consumables, spares, and hardwareIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing and quality
• Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs)Ensure timely delivery of materials to factory and project sites
• Coordinate closely with stores, production, site, and accounts teams
• Maintain accurate purchase records, bills, and MIS reportsEnsure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines

Eligibility & Skills:

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in precast / construction / factory procurement
• Sound knowledge of construction and precast materials
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
