Senior Purchase Executive

Senior Procurement Engineer plays a pivotal role in our company by handling the procurement process for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This position is essential for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality MEP components and services to support the projects department on completing the work on time.

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP systems in alignment with project requirements and time constraints.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors capable of delivering MEP equipment and services that meet approved quality standards and project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers/vendors to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers & engineers to understand MEP requirements and provide procurement support throughout the project.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and project timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements related to MEP systems to take procurement decisions and optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to MEP procurement activities, including expenditures, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Focus will be material procurement for all MEP requirements of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
