Senior Purchasing Specialist
Job Description

Managing domestic and international procurement and logistics processes (China, Taiwan, India)

Maintaining continuous communication with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery

Researching and identifying new suppliers that meet required quality standards for production

Negotiating and managing confidentiality, general procurement, and quality agreements with suppliers

Creating and updating the approved and potential supplier list
-
Monitoring supplier performance, initiating corrective action plans, and following up
-
Evaluating weekly procurement requests based on supplier capacity and entering orders into the ERP system

Collaborating with the planning department to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks
-
Ensuring products are delivered completely and on time
-
Managing procurement processes through the ERP system (preferably IFS)
-
Advanced in written and spoken English is required.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering (preferred)

Experience in overseas supply chain operations, particularly in China, Taiwan, and India

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations

Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills

Experience in supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management
-
Ability to prepare and manage confidentiality, procurement, and quality agreements
-
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data analysis skills
-
Proficient in ERP systems; experience with IFS is an advantage
-
Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu
