Night Shift: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developement Consultant with strong expertise in Python frameworks, scripting, and Machine Learning (ML) model development  to serve as the technical face of our company during client interviews, consultations, and project onboarding.

You will play a strategic pre-sales role: demonstrating technical leadership, engaging with international clients, and helping secure new projects. Once a project is awarded, you’ll ensure a smooth transition to our in-house development team — without needing to handle day-to-day coding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and lead technical interviews, discovery calls, and architecture discussions with clients.
• Represent the company as a senior Python expert with enterprise-level software design experience.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions using modern Python frameworks and best practices.
• Confidently explain backend architecture, system design, and integration strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Respond to client questions, provide architecture recommendations, and address concerns during selection or onboarding.
• Support proposal and estimation efforts by contributing technical insights, timelines, and system design inputs.
• Guide the handover process to internal developers to ensure alignment on scope, technology stack, and delivery approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9 years of experience in backend development with Python.
• Deep expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Experience in deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to front-end integration using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) or templating engines (Jinja2).
• Hands-on experience with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, authentication systems (OAuth2, JWT), or external APIs.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills — capable of explaining technical ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Confident presentation and interpersonal skills in client-facing, cross-cultural environments.

Engagement Model

• Consultant joins key client meetings and interviews as the technical lead to build trust and demonstrate solution expertise.
• Once a project is secured, our in-house team takes over execution. The consultant supports handover and early onboarding as needed.
• Compensation is performance-based — tied to successful client acquisition and project handoff.
