Title: Sr. Python Engineer – Service Implementation

YoE 5 years and above

Budget: 650 Rs/hr

Shift timings - 4hrs flexible and rest 5hrs candidate needs to be available from 7:30pm to 12:30am

Role Overview

We are looking for high-caliber backend engineers with strong proficiency in Python and a proven track record of building large systems at speed. This role focuses on implementing real-world services (e.g., Gmail, Jira) as modular APIs using a test-driven approach, with an emphasis on engineering excellence, crisp documentation, and robust database design.

Key Details

Evaluation Process:

Round 1: 60 min technical - Flocareer

Round 2: 30 min technical & cultural discussion - Internal

Note: Candidates must score 7.5+ in Round 1 on FloCareer to proceed further.

Skills Required

Strong expertise in production-grade Python

Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Proven ability to build and scale large systems quickly

Strong fundamentals in database schema design and data modeling

Bonus: Familiarity with LLM function calling protocols and paradigms

Important Notes for Submission

We will only move ahead with candidates who score 7.5+ in the first technical round.

Please ensure profiles submitted have relevant, hands-on experience in production-grade Python backend engineering (not data annotation, data science, or analytics).

Kindly prioritize candidates with immediate availability and confirm their commitment to 8 hrs/day with PST overlap.
