The Role: Senior Python Developer

We're looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Senior Python Developer to join our core engineering team. This is a critical role for an individual contributor with 3–5 years of professional experience who is ready to step up and take full ownership of significant features and services.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, high-performance back-end systems. We need a resource who can drive projects from conception to production, mentor junior team members, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform.

What You'll Bring & What You'll Do

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of extensive professional experience with Python development.
• Deep expertise in building and deploying RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure back-end services.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience with ORMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of complex projects, including planning, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Bonus Points (Highly Desirable):

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.
• Practical experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks for managing stateful, multi-step LLM-based applications.
• Experience in developing and deploying complex AI Agent Networks or multi-agent systems.
