Senior Python Developer

Aegasis Labs is looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong Generative AI experience to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building AI-powered SaaS products and enjoys working end-to-end—from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python-based backend systems
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, etc.)
• Work on SaaS applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready features
• Optimize APIs and data pipelines for AI-driven workloads
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of professional experience with Python
• Strong experience working with Generative AI frameworks and models (OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building and scaling SaaS applications
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and backend architecture
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

• AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
• DevOps exposure (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployments)
• Experience with Stripe or other payment gateway integrations
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
