Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer – LLM Engineer to design, build, and deploy LLM-based applications and AI agents. This role involves working closely with data, ML, and product teams to develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks, vector databases, and MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered applications and agents using Python
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including embedding, retrieval, inference, and evaluation
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Implement data preprocessing pipelines and integrate vector databases
• Deploy and serve models in GPU environments
• Build and maintain model serving pipelines for production use
• Implement MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI services
• Apply distributed systems fundamentals to build scalable solutions
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall experience in Python development
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building LLM-based applications
• Strong expertise in Python programming
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Experience with model serving and GPU-based environments
• Knowledge of vector databases and inference pipelines
• Strong understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with distributed systems
• Strong expertise in REST API development and integration

Working Hours

• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST
• Flexibility required, with up to 4 hours overlap with US time zones
