The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Python (Games) Developer to help design, build, and evolve high-performance game platforms and backend systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will:

• Contribute to core game engine development
• Integrate new games into the platform ecosystem
• Improve scalability, stability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and game design teams

What You’ll Be Working On

🧩 Game Engine & Platform Development

• Design and develop core backend components for game systems
• Improve engine scalability and feature extensibility
• Optimize performance across distributed environments
• Enhance internal testing and deployment workflows

🔗 Platform Integrations

• Integrate new games into the platform ecosystem
• Build and maintain backend interfaces
• Ensure smooth deployments and stable releases
• Monitor logs, databases, and system performance

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product and Game Design teams
• Coordinate with integration partners
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap

Technical Requirements

• Advanced Python experience (backend / engine development)

• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience working with high-availability or production-critical systems
• Experience integrating complex systems or distributed architectures

Nice to Have

• Experience in game development or game engine architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Performance optimization experience
• Experience in real-time or high-throughput systems
