Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer (Web & Mobile) to ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers across distributed teams to validate features, identify issues early, and uphold high quality standards across releases.
Key ResponsibilitiesManual Testing (Web & Mobile)
- Perform manual testing of web applications and Android / iOS mobile apps
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Validate functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory test cases
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Requirement Analysis & Collaboration
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into test scenarios
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Defect Management
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Work with developers to reproduce, validate, and close issues
- Perform re-testing and regression testing after fixes
Quality & Process
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
- Support UAT cycles and production release validations
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in manual QA testing
- Strong experience testing web applications
- Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (Android & iOS)
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with API testing (Postman / Swagger)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
- Exposure to automation testing (Appium / Selenium) is a plus
- Experience working in a software services or consulting environment

Pay: ₹468,662.37 - ₹727,207.45 per year
