Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lending professional with strong hands-on expertise in Finastra Loan IQ to support corporate and syndicated lending operations for the Kuwait banking market. The role requires deep knowledge of loan lifecycle management, local regulatory compliance, and end-to-end Loan IQ processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Loan IQ implementation / rollout for corporate lending products
• Configure deals, facilities, borrowers, pricing, interest, fees, and schedules in Loan IQ
• Handle UAT, system testing, data validation, and defect resolution
• Support loan lifecycle setup: drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, repricing, and closures
• Validate accounting, GL postings, accruals, and settlements
• Ensure compliance with CBK regulations and internal credit policies
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and operations teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years of corporate lending experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Finastra Loan IQ implementation
• Experience with term loans, revolving facilities, and syndicated loans
• Knowledge of interest, fees, repricing, and loan accounting
• Experience in UAT / SIT and production cutover
• Kuwait or GCC banking experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end corporate loan lifecycle using Finastra Loan IQ
• Handle deal setup, facility creation, drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, repricing, and closures
• Configure and maintain borrowers, lenders, agents, pricing options, interest rules, fees, and schedules
• Support syndicated loans, bilateral loans, and revolving credit facilities
• Perform loan servicing activities including interest accruals, billing, settlements, and notices
• Ensure accurate accounting entries, GL postings, and reconciliations
• Validate compliance with Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) regulations and internal credit policies
• Coordinate with Front Office, Credit, Operations, Finance, and IT teams
• Support UAT, system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution related to Loan IQ
• Prepare operational reports and support audits and regulatory reviews
