Senior QA Engineer

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in Quality Assurance, with experience in the Credits domain, with a priority for those who have experience in this area, but it is also important to have experience in the banking domain as a criterion.
Hands-on experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, testing methodologies, and processes within an agile environment. Proven ability to innovate and improve test processes in alignment with the company's strategic vision.
Experienced with software lifecycle management, documentation, and test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, TestRail, Quality Center, etc.
Capable of establishing effective communication with business analysts, developers, project managers, testers, and business stakeholders to enhance test processes.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in defining, designing, and delivering all testing work, including functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) performed by subject matter experts.
Proficient in database scripting and querying languages (e.g. SQL) to validate data integrity and conduct back-end testing.
Hands-on experience in API Testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI.
Proficiency in network debugging and traffic analysis using tools such as Charles Proxy and Fiddler.
Familiar with monitoring tools like Elasticsearch, Grafana, etc.
Efficient in effort estimation, planning, prioritization, and time management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate eagerness for self-improvement, open-mindedness, and a future-oriented mindset.
Foundation level ISTQB certification is required, additional ISTQB certification is preferred.
