Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across different environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement reviews, providing QA insights from the beginning of the development lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Ensure proper test coverage and validation before release.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Maintain and enhance automation test suites using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA team members and help improve testing processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in QA (Manual + Automation).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
• Good knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience working with bug-tracking and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience in performance or load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Exposure to mobile application testing (Android/iOS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cross-browser testing tools (BrowserStack, LambdaTest).
