We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who brings strong expertise in quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing robust QA practices, ensuring thorough test coverage, and maintaining the overall quality of applications. A basic understanding of Tricentis TOSCA and automation concepts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across complex applications and integrated systems.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve QA processes and best practices to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
Design and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and execution plans based on project requirements.
Conduct manual testing (functional, regression, integration, and system testing) and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Support automation efforts using Tricentis TOSCA for UI and API testing where applicable.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
Participate in requirement analysis to assess testability, identify potential risks, and propose quality improvements.
Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication and collaboration.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support quality metrics and reporting.
Mentor junior QA engineers and help build overall team capability and testing maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices (SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle).
Hands-on experience in manual testing for web and API applications.
Basic understanding of Tricentis TOSCA for test creation and execution.
Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and scripting fundamentals.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, qTest, Zephyr, etc.).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) and basic SQL queries for data validation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of AWS services like S3, DDB, Cloudwatch logs
Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries
Good to have Dynatrace knowledge
