Senior QA/QC Engineer

WE ARE HIRING

We are looking for a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industry standards, inspection methods, documentation, and implementation of quality systems in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements.
• Conduct material inspections, site inspections, and ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Review and verify all technical documentation such as drawings, reports, and test certificates.
• Maintain documentation and records for quality audits and project closeouts.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and liaise with third-party inspectors as required.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and KPIs.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff and site engineers on quality systems and best practices.
