About Us
We are A&M International, a leading company in the construction and contracting sector, and we are seeking to hire a highly qualified Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality control plans for all project phases.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective quality management across all sites.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, NCRs, CAPAs, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, construction standards, and project quality systems.
• Proven experience in managing quality control for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Certifications such as ISO, QA/QC, or related credentials are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
