Qualifications & Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.</li><li>Professional quality certifications (ISO 9001, QA/QC certifications, or equivalent) are an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a QC Engineer in civil or architectural construction projects.</li><li>Experience in KSA/GCC is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates currently in KSA.</li></ul>
