Senior QHSE Engineer

The Senior QHSE Engineer is responsible for ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and UAE regulatory requirements while embedding strong quality, health, safety, and environmental practices across operations. The role leads the development and implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks, conducts audits and incident investigations, and ensures effective closure of corrective and preventive actions. Acting as a technical authority, the position provides guidance to site teams, delivers QHSE training, and supervises area-based QHSE Officers to maintain consistent standards and safe working practices across all locations.

In parallel, the role drives process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and operational performance. This includes mapping and analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and waste, standardizing processes, and developing performance metrics and reports to track trends and recurring issues. Reporting to the QHSE Manager, the Senior QHSE Engineer plays a central role in strengthening compliance, improving operational discipline, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
