We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our quality management systems and regulatory compliance strategy. You aren’t just reviewing processes; you are defining quality standards, building compliance frameworks, and ensuring operational consistency across every stage of production.

You will lead a skilled team of quality specialists, auditors, and compliance coordinators, bridging the gap between technical production requirements and internationally recognized quality standards. You are the voice of quality and risk management in a room full of production leaders, engineers, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Quality System Ownership

Maintain, improve, and scale our quality management systems. Ensure consistency across manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and operational touchpoints.

End-to-End Compliance Management

Lead compliance activities from raw material verification and process audits to finished product inspections, certification reviews, and external regulatory submissions.

Team Leadership

Mentor Quality Supervisors, Compliance Officers, and Audit Teams. Conduct performance reviews, quality workshops, and coaching sessions that elevate team standards.

Risk Assessment & Process Validation

Don’t just assume compliance. Validate production processes through audits, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and performance data review before operational changes are approved.

Stakeholder Management

Present audit findings, quality metrics, compliance reports, and improvement strategies to clients, regulators, and senior management. You can explain why a process change matters—not just that it passes inspection.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience

8+ years in Quality Assurance, Compliance Management, Manufacturing Quality, or Industrial Operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or multi-site quality management role.

Track Record

A strong operational portfolio is non-negotiable. We want to see measurable achievements in quality improvement, audit readiness, compliance management, and operational risk reduction. Show us the challenge, the process, and the business results.

Technical Knowledge

You are highly experienced in ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, CAPA, internal audit frameworks, ERP reporting systems, and quality control methodologies.

Language Skills

English is required for technical documentation, audit reporting, and executive communication. Arabic is considered an advantage for local operational coordination.

Mindset

You are pragmatic. You know when to enforce strict compliance, when to improve processes, and when to make critical decisions that protect quality, safety, and business continuity.
