Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to ensure requirements are testable and well understood.
• Lead manual and automated testing efforts across functional, regression, performance, security, and usability domains.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution across staging and production environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using appropriate tools for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure cross-platform application stability, performance, and responsiveness.
• Advocate for quality best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing input on testability, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Monitor and report on test execution, coverage, and key quality metrics to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with hands-on testing of both web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks for web and mobile (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach to driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
