Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented sr. Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. This position involves implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and performance. The Sr. Quality Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, ISO14001).
• Conduct regular audits (ISO, internal, and customer audits) and inspections (maintenance, calibration, ESD, MSD, 5S, etc.).
• Identify and resolve production quality issues to maintain product integrity.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Promptly address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of quality activities and prepare comprehensive quality reports for management.
• Collaborate with quality, production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Provide training on quality practices to enhance overall team competency.
• Work diligently to uphold and improve our quality systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in an electronics manufacturing environment, or a BS degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001.
• Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO50001 & ISO28000 is a plus.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes, QMS, Risk & Cybersecurity Management, and 8D CAPA reports, AS9102 reports, etc.…
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus.
• Certifications with ISO lead auditor and/or ASQ CQE is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
