What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Quality Engineer – EV Charger Production who will join our team at WAT Mobility Company.

• Overseeing production quality and process control in EV Charger assembly and testing operations.
• Ensuring compliance with product specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Conducting supplier audits, process validations, and quality inspections at internal and external facilities.
• Leading root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CAPA) for production issues.
• Supporting the development of quality documentation such as Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAPs.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent product performance.
• Providing feedback from the field to continuously improve design and manufacturing processes.
• Preparing detailed quality and audit reports for management review.

The position is located in Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in production quality, preferably in EV Charger, power electronics, or automotive manufacturing.

•Proven experience in process quality control, supplier quality management, and factory audits.

•Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems.

•Hands-on knowledge of 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and lean manufacturing methods.

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Willingness to travel frequently (both domestic and international).

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

•Excellent verbal and written skills in English
