Senior Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process in accordance with company and international standards.
• Ensure all inspections, testing, and quality checks are performed as per established procedures and schedules.
• Identify and address quality issues arising from production processes and vendors and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Provide technical quality support to production and operational teams.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality control plans, procedures, and internal audits.
• Maintain quality records, master lists, reports, and related documentation.
• Support laboratory process improvements and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection, testing, and calibration agencies.
• Train and guide Quality Controllers and production personnel on quality standards and best practices.
• Report quality performance, trends, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.

Qualification:

• B.Sc. Engineering / Polymer Engineering or DAE in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.

Experience:

• Experience in plastic pipe manufacturing will be considered an added advantage.
• Knowledge of international quality standards and testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.
• Sound understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) requirements.
• Experience in internal audits, CAPA implementation, and compliance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Certifications (Preferred)
