Job Description :-
- Project Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets for interior and office space fit-out projects, ensuring costs are kept within defined parameters.
- Tender Analysis: Prepare and evaluate tenders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders to assist in financial decision-making processes.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented.
- Supplier and Subcontractor Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors, focusing on securing the best value for materials and services.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project costs and contractual obligations.
- Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6
Key Requirements
- Experience: 6-11 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior, office space, and fit-out sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale commercial interior projects
- Certification from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
