Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, tendering, and contract management for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance with UAE regulations, and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimations, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Administer and manage contracts, including variations and claims.
• Conduct cost analysis and ensure budgetary control throughout projects.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and UAE construction regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for accurate reporting.
• Provide advice on contractual and commercial risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE regulations.
• Expertise in tendering, contract administration, and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in QS and project management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
