Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil | Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our contracting company in Dubai. The role involves managing cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects of civil construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience, with UAE project experience required
• Strong background in civil works (Buildings & Villas)
• Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, BOQs, variations, and claims
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and contract administration
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
