ADF Abu Dhabi is a high-end specialist contractor operating in the luxury construction and fit-out sector. As part of an international group, we deliver prestigious, design-led projects across the Middle East, the UK and internationally.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai team and support the commercial management of complex, high-value projects.

The Role

Based in our Dubai office, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of luxury construction and specialist fit-out projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day commercial and contractual activities
• Identifying, assessing, evaluating and negotiating variations and change (upstream and downstream)
• Preparing and submitting applications for payment to client representatives
• Managing cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow
• Assessing, negotiating and agreeing subcontractor valuations and final accounts
• Liaising with clients, consultants and professional teams on cost and value matters
• Supporting procurement strategy and supply chain management
• Assisting with estimating and tendering activities where required
• Ensuring compliance with UAE contractual and regulatory frameworks

Experience & Profile

• Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity
• Strong background in luxury construction, high-end fit-out or specialist contracting
• Proven experience managing variations and change in complex projects
• Excellent understanding of UAE construction contracts
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain negotiations
• Strong commercial acumen and cost control skills
• Experience in the UAE / GCC market preferred
