Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and billing activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to RCC and steel structures, excellent analytical skills, and experience coordinating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
• Handle RCC and steel structure quantity estimation
• Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and variation statements
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and vendors
• Review drawings and specifications for quantity and cost accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records
• Support tendering and estimation activities when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and QS software
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction standards and billing procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
