SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, valuations, and variation orders.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes.
• Review subcontractor claims, payments, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maximizing profitability.
• Support tendering, procurement, and final account settlements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/engineering companies.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
