Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Doha Qatar

Local hiring with valid Qatar ID & Driving license

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall Quantity Surveying/Commercial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience on infrastructure projects in Qatar.
• Proven experience in roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience on Ashghal (PWA) projects is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a QS team while maintaining effective communication with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

• Preparation, submission, and certification of Interim Payment Applications (IPA).
• Expertise in quantity measurement, verification, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of variation management and claims preparation/assessment.
• Experience in new rate analysis, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Preparation, negotiation, and settlement of final accounts.
• Thorough understanding of Ashghal infrastructure contracts and commercial procedures.

Key Requirement

• Must have successfully closed at least one major infrastructure project from commencement to final account, including variations and final account negotiations.
