Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, procurement support, and commercial management of high-end fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications
• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and project requirements
• Prepare and submit competitive commercial proposals and tender documents
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing when required
• Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance
• Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
• Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications and company standards
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and market pricing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines efficiently
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Preferred Experience

• Commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects
• Experience handling high-value tenders and fast-track projects
