Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) with a minimum of 5 years of experienceto manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects during the construction phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, valuations, variations, subcontractor management, and final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.

* Preparing Contractual Letters
* Measurement of steel fabrication & erection works
* Prepare IPCs, variations & final accounts
* Cost monitoring and budget control
* Sub-contractor evaluation & certification
* Strong knowledge of structural steel projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
