Manages all construction project costs, from initial feasibility studies and budget creation to final payments, ensuring projects stay within budget, meet quality standards, and adhere to legal requirements. Key duties include cost estimation, tender preparation, contract negotiation, material procurement, risk assessment, budget monitoring, valuing completed work, handling variations/claims, and liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure financial viability and quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Pre-Construction (Design & Tendering)

  • Cost Estimation & Feasibility: Perform cost planning and feasibility studies, estimating material, labor, and time costs.
  • Budget Development: Develop detailed project budgets and financial plans.
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and contract documents.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and advise on commercial risks.

During Construction (Monitoring & Control)

  • Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, track costs against budget, and manage financial records.
  • Procurement: Assist with material ordering and manage subcontractor payments.
  • Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts, variations (change orders), and claims.
  • Site Visits: Visit sites to verify work progress and material needs.
  • Reporting: Provide budget/progress reports to stakeholders.

Post-Construction (Finalization)

  • Valuation: Value completed work and certify payments to contractors.
  • Final Accounts: Prepare and finalize project accounts.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving contractual disputes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
