Manage all commercial aspects from tender preparation, contract negotiation, to final account settlement. Conduct risk and value management analysis to optimize project costs and efficiency. Monitor project progress, identify potential cost deviations, and implement effective control measures. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and local regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with significant exposure to road and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and relevant UAE construction laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
